For more than four years, this parking area accumulated grease, oil, transmission fluid and brake fluid. The spots were cleaned with full strength METSO-CLEAN 3755 followed by cleaning the entire area with a diluted solution. All of the surface contaminants were effectively removed. The deep seated "ghosts" will be removed by the application of CONSEAL 1010 Degreaser and Moisture Barrier.
METSO-CLEAN 3755 is a user friendly waterborne blend of detergents, soluble silica, emulsifiers, surfactants, enzymes and polyphosphate sequestrants that causes no ecological problems when properly used. Contains no solvents.

Use full strength or dilute with water
Holds grease, oil and soils in suspension to be picked up or
rinsed away
The alkaline cleaner will kill mold and mildew and will disinfect
Safe for use on softer metals such as copper and aluminum
(not recommended for use on anodized aluminum or painted surfaces)
